Halloween
This Tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Any similarity to any other tutorial is purely a coincidence.
For This Tutorial I used PSP X2 but you should be able to use any version.

~ Supplies Needed ~
1 Tube of choice ~ I use the wonderful work of Keith Garvey he is a licensed artist with MPT you can find his tubes here.
Font of Choice ~ Brody~ this is a Free to Use FONT and can be found here.
Scrap Kit of choice or the one I used is called Halloween Frenzy by Debi, which you can find
Here
Mask of choice or the one I used by Weescotslass Tutorials.
WSL Frame 6 (Download the white frames) from Weescotslass Tutorials.
PentaDot Jean.
In PSP open a new image 550x505, flood fill with white.
Now Open your tube of choice, and paper, and elements of choice from your kit.
Copy your paper and paste it has a new layer.
Now its time to apply your layer mask. Go to Layers>Load/Save Mask>Load Mask From Disk.
Select WSL_119, once the mask is applied merge group.
Once you have applied your mask, merge group.
Open WSL_Frame6 from the set of white frames you downloaded copy and past as a new layer, resize to your liking. Make sure to keep your frame centered.
Add a new raster layer and flood fill with black. Drag the black layer below your frame layer.
Take your magic wand with the following settings:
Mode: add
Match mode: RGB Value
Tolerance 10
Contigous: checked
Click the inside of all 3 circles. Go to Selections>modify>expand, and expand by 6.
Invert your selection, click on your black layer, hit delete.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer on top of your frame.
Duplicate your tube and drag the duplicate below your frame.
Take your magic wand with the following settings:
Mode: add
Match mode: RGB Value
Tolerance 10
Contigous: checked
Click the inside of all 3 circles, then go to selections>modify>expand and expand by 6.
Invert your selection and click on your duplicate tube layer, then hit delete.
Duplicate your duplicate tube, go to adjust>blur>gausian blur, and set it to 3.
On your blurred tube layer change the opacity to 57
Go back to your duplicate layer and change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy)
If you have a black line at the bottom of your screen,
just click on the duplicate tube layers and use your eraser on the black line.
Click inside the top and bottom portions of your frame layer using your wand tool
expand the selections by 6, add a new raster layer and fill your selections with orange.
Go to effects and use the plug-in pentadot>jeans with these settings:
ammount: 40
border width 9
Drag this layer below your frame.
Make your original tube layer visible and click on it.
Resize that layer to your liking and place it to the left of the frame.
Duplicate your tube. go to adjust>blur>gausian blur apply it at a setting of 3.00
Adjust the opacity of your duplicate layer to 32.
Apply the Halloween embellishments of your choosing to the tag.
In the font of your choosing you can type your text.
Apply a drop shadow to your text.
Remember to add all appropriate copyright and license info, and your tag is finished.
